People often face diverse challenges when it comes to hair and scalp care, which is why it’s very rare that customers use products from one line only. RAUSCH already had a haircare finder, but they recognized that it was too basic, with only 3 questions and only recommended products from product one line at a time.
“We wanted to elaborate the hair care analysis to really give our costumers good recommendations for their individual hair and scalp type and their needs.” says Irina Blum, content manager of RAUSCH. “As our product palette is quite complex, it is only natural that consumers might feel a little lost when they first get in contact with RAUSCH products.
