The challenge was to provide their customers with instant skincare recommendations that would be delivered to their customer immediately as their existing test would be delivered in 3 days.
The second challenge was transparency. Being a retailer that specializes in dermatological and medical cosmetics they felt it extremely important to take skincare recommendations a step further by providing customers with a full insight into ingredients and clean beauty.
